Energy can be produced with zero waste and fuel production, storage and energy conversion can be done in a way whereby future generations do not pay the penalty. Our energy solution profitably involves all stakeholders and is balanced between ecology, economy and community.

MBE is an energy company that specializes in conversion of biological waste to energy. We focus on the conversion of water hyacinth biomass to electricity in Indonesia.

The Young Expert Programmes consist of YEP Water and YEP Agrofood. The main goal of both programmes is to offer young Dutch and local professionals the opportunity to take their first steps in an international environment. They are employed through Dutch organisations in a number of eligible countries. The programmes aim to rejuvenate the Water & Agrofood sectors and ensure the continued availability of expertise for these sectors.

The Young Expert Programmes are open to Dutch Young Experts and Local Young Experts from any of the eligible countries. There is a difference in the selection process for both. Local Young Experts apply by approaching Dutch organisations, who conduct their own selection process, and Dutch Young Experts apply when new vacancies are posted online.

SIWI is a water institute. We leverage knowledge and our convening power to strengthen water governance for a just, prosperous, and sustainable future.

The idea that became SIWI stems from three linked events in Stockholm in 1991. The Stockholm Water Festival invited the public to celebrate water on the streets of Stockholm, the Stockholm Water Symposium gathered some two hundred scientists to discuss global water challenges, and the Stockholm Water Prize, under the patronage of H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, was awarded for the first time, in recognition of outstanding achievements in water-related activities.

SIWI now focuses on a range of research and development topics within and around water that support decision-makers world. World Water Week, an expansion of Stockholm Water Symposium, is today the world’s leading annual water event, the Stockholm Water Prize the most prestigious water award, and the Stockholm Junior Water Prize fosters future generations of water excellence.

AWS is a global membership-based collaboration. We unite organizations behind our mission: To lead a global network that promotes responsible use of freshwater that is socially and economically beneficial and environmentally sustainable.

We achieve this through a global water stewardship system, centered on the International Water Stewardship Standard (AWS Standard), that drives, recognizes and rewards good water stewardship performance.

Our vision is that water users and managers are responsible water stewards, who protect and enhance freshwater resources for people and nature.

AWS Standard provides a globally-applicable framework for major water users to understand their water use and impacts, and to work collaboratively and transparently for sustainable water management within a catchment context.

CLEAR RIVERS prevents plastic litter to enter our seas and oceans!

CLEAR stands for :
Cleanups are organized to remove plastic litter from rivers and to involve the local population and organizations.

Litter Traps are installed in the Port of Rotterdam, the Port of Brussels and the Indonesian island Ambon. We are expanding our approach internationally, to retrieve marine litter in rivers worldwide before it reaches the seas and oceans.

Education about plastic pollution, the causes, and needed solutions are given at all levels of the educational system. The problem is tackled at its core with this long-term approach, by educating the next generation of professionals to resolve this issue within the next decade(s).

Awareness is increased amongst local population and organizations, to involve them in acting towards a plastic-free sea.

Recycling is used to give new value to the plastic litter we retrieve, and to prevent the plastics to be littered again. Durable new products are created with recycled plastics, such as our Litter Traps, a floating park, furniture and building materials for the improvement of housing situations in less developed areas.

Together, this creates an overall, all-inclusive approach towards marine litter.

Although CLEAR RIVERS is new as a brand, the organization benefits from five years of experience in plastic retrieval, recycling and education. In Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Brussels (Belgium) and Ambon (Indonesia), successful projects are already ongoing with Litter Traps, cleanups, education and a range of circular products developed such as Litter Traps, a floating park, furniture, and building materials.

CLEAR RIVERS is a brand name of Recycled Island Foundation, a registered non-profit organization in the Netherlands.

UNDP Indonesia is working with a wide range of government institutions, as well as with CSOs and other parties including media and universities, to build awareness and strengthen the ability of citizens to engage in both political and governmental processes. The Civic Education Centres currently being developed in partnership with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the University of Indonesia are one example of this effort, and UNDP’s new “Strengthening Women’s Participation in Politics and Government in Indonesia” project supports representatives and civil servants at the local, regional and national levels to ensure that women’s rights are taken into account in policy-making through networking and capacity development.

Working with CSOs at the grass-roots level to raise the awareness of women about their political and civic rights, women are also encouraged to run as political candidates. Support has also been provided through the Elections Multi-Donor Programme (with funding support in 2011 from AusAID), which was extended upon the request of the Government of Indonesia to further strengthen the capacities of electoral management bodies for the local elections in Aceh. Support to the preparation of the elections in Aceh has also included equipping civil society groups with skills to monitor election related processes.

Datawatt a solid partner for flexible solutions. We want to deliver the best possible solution in the area of monitoring and controlling geographical spread networks and processes. Optimal security is one of our main principles.

Energy market
The energy market changes rapidly. Due to a.o. solar power, wind energy and biogas. The Dutch electricity grids are however among the most reliable in the world. Advanced automated monitoring systems take care of reliable networks. We are active in the field of smart grids, durable energy and systems to save energy costs.

Water market
Transport of wastewater, clean drinking water and the quality of our surface water all seem so common. Advanced automation systems ensure that everything works properly, without being noticed. Datawatt is a reliable partner for drinking water plants, municipalities and water boards already for many years.

Industry market
Infrastructural networks support and control often the primary process. Data from the process optimises this proces and takes care of more effective organisations, better for people, planet and profit. Datawatt is a solid partner for controlling processes or for simultaneous readout of EVHIs or other relevant data. Secure and smart.

International market
Based on our knowledge and experience we also deliver important projects in Europe and overseas. Datawatt has a lot experience and partners all over the world to deliver projects. Our solutions are always reliable, flexible and professional.

Products of Datawatt
Datawatt supplies and supports a wide range of intelligent Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), communication protocols and central software solutions. Combined with third party equipment and secure implementation makes us a solid partner with flexibele solutions.

Services of Datawatt
Continuity of our solutions is of vital importance, therefor services are an important part of our company policy. Because of our expertise we are able to offer professional services such as engineering, consultancy, support, education, project management and secure solutions.

A BREAKTHROUGH IN LOW COST AND HIGH QUALITY TREATMENT OF DOMESTIC WASTEWATER
Bluecon® International offers proven compact wastewater purifying units, in which domestic wastewater is blueconized into irrigation water. Blueconizing is a new physical technology to purify wastewater to optimise the water cycle. The ability to blueconize domestic wastewater from villages and small towns into irrigation water, fits well in an environmental sustainable policy and re-use of water.

COMPACT AND MODULAR UNIT
Unlike large-scale investments in conventional biological treatment plants, Bluecon® International offers compact and modular units. The Bluecon® can be realised without large complex infrastructural and sanitation systems. Bluecon® International takes care of the installation, operation and service or maintenance of its units. With a multi-year contract the company can even take over the investment of the project to guarantee the quality of the irrigation water and to unburden the customer.
